Prepare the batter: put the flour into a terrine dish, make a well in the center. Put in the eggs, salt and sugar. Work with a whisk, moistening with beer little by little. Add the oil at the end. Allow to rest for 1 hour. Heat the deep-frying pan well. Pick up around 1 tablespoonful of tagliatelle with a fork. Dip into the batter then deep-fry. Fry for 3 minutes. Drain on paper towel, keep warm in an oven while finishing the remaining fritters. Serve with granulated sugar or, even better, with confectioners╒ sugar.
